Connect to Kaon Testnet

Option A: One-Click Setup (MetaMask Extension)

  • Visit

  • Look for the "Add Kaon Testnet" button at the bottom of the explorer homepage

  • Click the button and approve the network addition in your MetaMask

This method applies specifically to the MetaMask browser extension. For other EVM-compatible wallets, please follow their specific steps.

Option B: Manual Configuration

Configure any Ethereum-compatible wallet using these network parameters:

CopyNetwork Name: Kaon Testnet
RPC URL: https://testnet.kaon.one
Chain ID: 11989
Currency Symbol: KAON
Block Explorer: https://explorer.testnet.kaon.one

Get Kaon Testnet Tokens

  • Navigate to

  • Enter your wallet address

  • The faucet will display both your:

    • Ethereum format address (used for EVM interactions)

    • Kaon UTXO format address (used for Bitcoin-like transactions)

  • Request test tokens

Tokens are usually distributed within 60 seconds. The faucet processes requests in batches, either every 25 requests or once per hour.
